Testing low carbon concrete on water based structures
Recently CHC were involved in a trial to use a different type of concrete product which potentially improves the carbon saving efficiencies achieved when compared to traditional concrete mixes. This trial was supported by funding from the Environment Agency’s net zero carbon innovation pathway pilot fund 2022-23. The trial was completed by the Environment Agency and Nationwide Engineering and implemented onsite by Cheetham Hill Construction Limited and Nationwide Engineering.
