Fair Payment Code

Cheetham Hill Construction is a signatory to the Fair Payment Code and is currently at Bronze level for our commitment to fair and timely payments. As a business we pay at least 95% of invoices within 60 days, reinforcing our dedication to ethical business practices and strong supplier relationships.

The Fair Payment Code encourages businesses across the UK to pay fairly and quickly.  Businesses apply for the Award tier which best suits them: Gold, Silver or Bronze. The system of Awards is aimed at driving best practice and improving payment performance. The three Awards are:  

• Gold – 95% of invoices paid within 30 days
• Silver – 95% of invoices paid within 60 days (including 95% of small business invoices within 30 days)
• Bronze – 95% of invoices paid within 60 days
