The Project
Construction of a new service road into a new industrial park.
Works included site clearance and earthworks to clear excess material from site, lime stabilisation of the existing material under the road, foul and surface water drainage (adopted by UU and the local council) with a Sustainable Drainage System providing surface water attenuation ponds together with road and footpath construction to 540m of new roadway.
The contract also included management of the installation of water, gas and electric mains and cables, ducting for BT and street lighting services and installation of street lighting to the road.
