WINNERS!

Last week, we were announced as winners of the CECA North West Social Value award 2024. This award recognises the positive impact we have made through our collaboration with Project Recce – a charity formed to help Veterans and Service Leavers navigate the often difficult transition from military service to employment.

Our relationship with Project Recce, which has been developed over the past few years demonstrates how innovative thinking and committed action can create significant social impact in the lives of military veterans and service leavers.

As an employer, we have seen the benefit of tapping into the skills of these disciplined, skilled professionals and the positive impact has seen us hire 11 veterans directly, with support provided to 10 more. From a financial perspective, this has seen £345,000 generated in social value, calculated using TOMS.

We are both delighted and proud to be the recipients of this award.
