Old Swan HWRC Project wins ECHO Corporate Responsibility Award

The Old Swan Household Waste Recycling Project was a winner at the ECHO Environment Awards 2016.
The project received the Corporate Responsibility Award at the sixth annual environmental awards ceremony, held at Anfield's Isla Gladstone Conservatory.
The ECHO Environment Awards recognise the very best environmentally-friendly businesses, community groups, individuals and organisations across Merseyside.
Broadcaster Dianne Oxberry presented the award to Cllr Graham Morgan, Chairperson of Merseyside Recycling and Waste Authority, Cllr Laura Robertson-Collins, Carl Beer, Chief Executive of Merseyside Recycling Waste Authority and Mike Goodier, Contracts Manager at Cheetham Hill Construction.
