North Yorkshire County Council Framework

CHC have been awarded two places on the North Yorkshire County Council Civils Framework. Working on projects up to £500k CHC have been awarded places on:

Lot 1 North Yorkshire and York

Lot 2 Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield

The type and value of the works will vary according to each Councils requirements, but in general the works will relate to reactive/programmed maintenance and improvements in three core works areas of

Highways – working  in carriageways and footpaths – resurfacing, kerbing, drainage etc

Bridges & Structures – repair and maintenance of road and foot bridges over road, rail or river etc

Flood Risk Management – upgrade and replacement of culverts, remediation of watercourses and land drainage etc

Mike Goodier, Contracts Director, was delighted to have been awarded the work with NYCC as it will build on our existing frameworks and enable us to utilise our in house workforce and equipment in environments where we have great experience.
