CHC is now an Employee Ownership Trust

We are delighted to announce that from 1st August 2025, CHC transitioned to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) where 100% of shares are owned by employees. This milestone marks a significant moment in our history, securing the company’s long-term future as an independent, employee-owned business. The move ensures that the continued hard work, loyalty, and dedication of our employees will be directly recognised and rewarded, allowing all current and future employees to share in the success they help create.

The transition also fulfils the long-standing ambition of Managing Director, Howard Chamberlain, who has led the company with passion and vision for the past 59 years. Howard will remain a director providing experience and continuity during this exciting new phase. As a result, Mike Goodier, previously Contracts Director, has now accepted the role of Managing Director and will help guide CHC through this new chapter.

The business is expecting to hit a threshold of £25m turnover for this year, which is an increase of over 30% on the previous filed accounts, as delayed projects and frameworks are now in full flow. We’re proud to embark on this new journey together, built on shared ownership and a firm belief in the strength of our people.
