Operations Manager
We are seeking a forward-thinking Operations Manager with a civil engineering background to support our Managing Director. In this pivotal role, you will oversee our Contracts Managers and take responsibility for the operational delivery of live projects. And frameworks. This position offers excellent prospects for progression and the chance to make a real impact on the company’s future.

Senior Estimator
We are also looking for an experienced Senior Estimator with expertise in civil engineering and earthworks projects. You will be confident working on multiple tenders and budgets, producing estimates from first principles. Experience in pricing works involving earthworks, remediation, structures and drainage is essential. This is a key role in maintaining the steady flow of new business into the company.
