Quality policies and procedures provide clear guidance and instruction to our site teams, ensuring they follow the requirements of best practice and delivery a quality product.
Customer satisfaction is important when evaluating the performance of the Company. We ask our clients to review our progress and performance throughout our projects so any issues can be addressed at an early stage. Directors are also responsible for contacting clients during projects to obtain feedback.
Our Integrated Management System has procedures designed to identify and close-out issues prior to demobilisation from site. We complete final inspection reports and end of contract client reports together with our client's representatives.
