The Project

Construction of a new industrial estate road and associated works.

The works included construction of approx. 500m of new industrial estate road, together with continuation and alterations to previously installed adoptable deep drainage.

The construction of the adoptable highway including kerbing, paving, surfacing, white lining and signage was also undertaken.

Co-ordination of the statutory service providers to the new infrastructure installations (gas, water, electricity, street lighting columns and supply) was managed.

Pre-contract the possibility of UXO (unexploded bombs) on site was determined. Therefore, a full time bomb disposal expert was employed on site for the duration of the project.
