Equipment renewal and investment for 2016
Cheetham Hill Construction continues with its equipment renewal programme in 2016 and has recently invested in a number of new CAT machines, which will add to the Company's already 100 strong fleet.
These new items include a range of CAT 320, CAT 336, CAT 374FLME excavators and D6T dozers plus additional small plant items.
This new equipment is bespoke for quarry based work and has been selected with the assistance of Finning UK. CHC's Equipment Rentals department has worked closely with Finning's product support team to identify the latest and most durable equipment for our client's demanding needs in quarry and aggregate environments.
All these machines are now operational on a number of CHC and external sites across the UK.
The Company displayed one of its new excavators on the Finning UK stand at the 17th annual Hillhead Plant Show, which took place at Lafarge Tarmac's Hillhead Quarry near Buxton, Derbyshire.
This three-day international outdoor event for the quarrying, minerals and construction industries ran between 28th and 30th June and allowed CHC to showcase its plant holding and expertise to industry specialists and plant enthusiasts.
