Considerate Constructors Scheme
The Considerate Constructors Scheme is a national initiative set-up by the construction industry to improve its image. Sites and companies registered with the scheme are monitored against a Code of Considerate Practice, designed to encourage best practice beyond statutory requirements.
The Code of Considerate Practice outlines the Scheme’s expectations and describes those areas that are considered fundamental for registration with the Scheme. It is split into five categories; care about appearance, respect the community, protect the environment, secure everyone's safety and value their workforce.
Cheetham Hill Construction is experienced in registering its contracts under this scheme and strives to achieve excellent results.
Our highest Considerate Constructors score received to date is 38, which was achieved on the Doxey HRTI Inspection Building Project.
